(รามภักดี ศรีวิเศษ)เจ้าเมืองกาญจนบุรีคนที่ 2 เมื่อปี
พ.ศ.2503 เป็นอาคารจัตุรมุขหลังคาทรงไทย
ภายในประดิษฐานหลักเมืองซึ่งเป็นเสาหัวเม็ดทรงมัน
ด้านหน้ามีศิลาจารึกและจารึกไม้สักระบุวัน เดือน
ปีที่สร้างเมืองศาลหลักเมืองเป็นที่เคารพสักการะของชาวกาญจนบุรี
โดยเทศบาลเมืองกาญจนบุรีได้จัดงานไหว้ศาลหลักเมืองประจำทุกปี ในวันขึ้น 6 ค่ำ เดือน 6

Kanchanaburi City Pillar
Shrine
Kanchanaburi City Pillar Shrine was rebuilt to replace the old court which was damaged during the reign of Phraya Prasit Songkhram (Rampakdi Sriwise), the 2nd governor of Kanchanaburi in 1960. It is a Thai-style tetrahedron building. Inside enshrines the City Pillar, which is a pillar with a shiny head. The front has a stone inscription and a teak inscription indicating the date, month, year of building the City Pillar Shrine as a place of worship for the people of Kanchanaburi. The municipality of Kanchanaburi organizes a ceremony to pay respect to the City Pillar Shrine every year on the 6th day of the waxing moon of the 6th month.
