สีเหลืองไข่ไก่ ดูเด่น สง่างาม เดิมเป็นอาคารศาลากลางจังหวัด
สร้างขึ้นตั้งแต่สมัยรัชการที่ 6 ด้านในหอสมุดเก็บรวบรวมหนังสือและจดหมายเหตุต่างๆ
รวมไปถึงตำราเรียนเก่าแก่
และสมุดใบข่อยโบราณหาชมยากให้เยาวชนร่นหลังได้มาเยี่ยมชมอีกด้วย
